Refund Policy

Order cancellations may be requested directly via the account dashboard under My Orders prior to dispatch. Cancellations are strictly permitted only before the order has been shipped (orders typically enter dispatch within 2 to 4 hours of placement). Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled; customers must instead follow the standard return procedure upon delivery, subject to return eligibility.

www.parksonscartamundi.com reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to inventory stockouts, pricing errors, delivery service disruptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such instances:

• The customer will be promptly notified via registered email/SMS.
• A full refund inclusive of any shipping charges paid will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used for the transaction, including Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Digital Wallets, as applicable.

• Upon successful product pickup and completion of quality verification at our fulfilment centre, the Company will initiate the refund process.
• Payment gateway processing typically takes seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
• The refund may take up to fifteen (15) to twenty (20) bank working days to reflect in the customer's account, subject to the processing timelines of the applicable payment gateway and financial institution.

An order refund status marked as "Initiated" confirms that www.parksonscartamundi.com has successfully remitted the funds back to the processing banking pipeline. If the refunded amount is not reflected in your bank or card account within the designated period, please allow for standard inter-bank clearing cycles. Should the delay persist, contact our Customer Support Team with your order details and payment reference number for verification and escalation.
