Through the Years
From the early traditions of playing-card craftsmanship in Turnhout to the global Cartamundi family, our story spans generations of expertise, craftsmanship, and innovation. Founded in 1970 by Brepols, Van Genechten and Biermans, Cartamundi brought together a rich heritage of card making and grew into a global name in cards, games, and play. Today, that legacy continues through iconic brands, evolving technology and a shared passion for creating memorable playing experiences.
